Big Platte Lake beckons you to pull out the tubes and freely float, or gear up the boat for fishing or just for rowing lazily.
Children can swim in the lake safely as 2 and 3 foot depths go out for at least 300 feet before the sandy depths get deeper. You don't have to worry about drop offs.
At Erickson's you have at least 250 feet of common sandy beach area, with lounge chairs and picnic tables. Our grounds are beautiful and well-kept. And you won't find any better kept or cleaner cottages!
